Club kit and sponsors

Home Matches
We continue to host matches on a Sunday but do not currently offer any Sunday club courts.

To avoid overcrowding we do not accept visitors on Wednesdays where we have a match on. See dates below (this is subject to change as we may need to move matches or add them).

Badminton England Membership
As a member of the club you are required to be a member of Badminton England. This is how we are able to insure you against accident or injury, and helps us to support Badminton across the country.

Membership fees to Badminton England are included in your annual club membership fee, and we sign you up when you become a member. If you are a member of Badminton England separately, for example through another club, we subtract this from your yearly fee.

If you would like to access your Badminton England membership, you can do this with your email address on the Badminton England membership portal.
Team Selection
Updated selection procedure for 2025-26 season:

All club members will be invited to the selection meeting, with the selection committee being made up exclusively of the attendees.

Members not attending may submit suggestions and recommendations to the selection committee, but rankings and team selections will be made by the selection committee and their decision will be final.

The primary data source for ranking of existing members will be previous league performance, but the selection committee is free to apply judgement to this and to rank new members as they see fit.

Team selection will be based on ranking, as required by league rules.

If a consensus cannot be reached on any ranking or team selection issues, those issues will be settled by "king/queen of the court" style play-offs between the relevant pairs of players, with other members of the teams in question as partners.

The Exeter & District Badminton League website offers regular updates on their home page. The 'fixtures and results' pages show you the results for each of the matches this season. The 'leagues' pages show you the division standings in terms of points.
